I enjoy the vibe, I am a sucker for square wave and chiptune, and it has a heroic standoff feel to it, as the title would imply. The tricky part about using square wave sound fonts is that if the velocity is set too high, it can create a LOT of gain. Aside from the gain levels spiking, I like the somber/aspirational feel.

The heavy chip drum bits that start at 00:27 are a tad heavy, a trick I like to use when using repeating percussive sounds is to dim the consecutive/following beats to make them sound like a different instrument, or even a drum roll in some cases.

Look carefully at the orange bar, see how its touching the top and bottom of the EQ? Try to keep it within those marks by a few decibels and the gain issue should be kept at bay

Aside from gain/balancing issues, I think you could have something great going on here. Keep it up!
