I enjoy writing video game music with square wave and old GBA sound fonts and I take great inspiration from chiptune and retro style work
All of my work is done on the FL Studio piano roll, that means no samples or remixes. Everythings done from scratch

I'm thinking of remastering one of my chip tune tracks into the GBA soundfont, but I can't decide on which one.

Comment whichever one you like the best and I'll eventually get around to whatever one is requested the most

As stated in my profile, everything I do is done from scratch. I use the piano roll in FL studio, and I was trained on OptiCode MusicShop back on an old Macintosh OS 3.2 which sadly does not exist anymore on modern platforms.

I figured that I would give a glance into the production spread, and what my projects tend to look like after they are finished. This is an example of the MIDI map from my submission into the NGUAC, "Keep them Coming!"

A lot of layering, panning, and tedious clicking/dragging. My projects usually have a rough draft put up within 5 hours, and as the days go by I make small edits based on imperfections that I find while listening to them on a loop for a while. Very frequently I get things stuck in my head, but I feel thats a curse most writers have to deal with.

If you have any tips or pointers, or even advice on equalizing and mixing then Im more than happy to cooperate and learn from the best this site has to offer.

Thank you for giving me an opportunity to shine as a composer, and I look forward to getting to know the community better within the following years!

I have recently found some comfort in using a Pokemon Emerald Soundfont to replicate some of the music that inspired me to write to begin with. This means I will eventually branch out of my mono chiptune tracks, so if anyone has any themes or settings they want me to try and tamper with, I am all ears. Anything to get me out of my slump as of late, really

I just received my approved artist status, and within 9 days to boot. I'm flattered that someone scouted my work, so thank you to whoever you are. This is the first step to my goal of getting my work out into the world.

I don't upload very frequently because composing takes time, but I'll try my best now with a new motivation on my shoulder.

Gotta start somewhere, right?
